Living and working in Ireland to 2040 - impacts on Irish Property Industry

In a year that has seen the introduction of an Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness, Ireland is still facing a housing crisis with the supply of homes continuing to fall short of demand. Happening at a time of commercial expansion in Dublin and other areas and against the back-drop of Brexit, will Ireland be in a position to take any advantage of this commercial growth and opportunities? And how do we tackle future challenges further into the future with changing technologies and ways of working and living?  

The PII conference will look not only at the current housing crisis in Ireland and how it may be resolved, but also at the impacts of Brexit, positive and negative, for the Irish commercial and residential property markets. It will also look at other challenges for Ireland including from
